Normal Shipping - For orders under £75 then a flat rate of £15 is applied [this is done automatically for you at the checkout] please be aware that your delivery could take several days to a few weeks.
If you have any issues with our delivery service or cart please contact us by clicking on the contact us link which will open an email. We pride ourselves on great communication with our customers and will get back to you within a few hours, if not straight away.
In the rare instance you are not in to receive your order the carrier will leave a note to arrange a re-delivery. Typically after 3 attempts the items will be returned to us. Should this happen then we will call you to arrange a new delivery and charges will apply.
An issue with your order on arrival? Faulty, not quite the right fit or just not as you expected? Just return it to us in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please note postage/courier charges incurred by customers for returning items are not eligible for a refund.
Goods must be in there original packaging, unused and unwashed. They will be inspected prior to any refund/exchange being issued.
We recommend that you send any returns back via a signed for service as we are not responsible for any loss incurred
In the rare circumstance in which the fault is ours- received the incorrect product or size then we will send out a pre-paid postage label to the cost of original delivery.
