Delivery & Returns

All you need to know about our delivery & returns as well as our refund and exchange policy.

Delivery

We want to share our love for these products with you and so getting them to you and the little person you love is our priority. We aim to package and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order.

You will receive an order confirmation and dispatch notice once your order is placed and ready to go. In the rare instance that we find an item is out of stock we will let you know. You have the choice to wait till the item is available, if available we could look at a like for like replacement? You can also cancel that portion of the order and have your payment refunded.

UK Delivery

To ensure a smooth service to customers we will now be using dedicated courier services as well as royal mail

Shipping Rates

UK Is The United Kingdom Which Covers England, Northern Ireland, Scotland And Wales. Excludes Channel Islands.

Standard Shipping - £3.95 typical dispatch time 1-3 days

Express Shipping - £9.99 typical dispatch time 1-2 days

Free shipping - Available for all orders over £45.00

International Delivery  

EU+BFPO [for all other locations please request a shipping quote]

Standard Shipping - for international deliveries we are still offering Free Shipping for orders over £75

Normal Shipping - For orders under £75 then a flat rate of £15 is applied [this is done automatically for you at the checkout] please be aware that your delivery could take several days to a few weeks.

If you have any issues with our delivery service or cart please contact us by clicking on the contact us link which will open an email. We pride ourselves on great communication with our customers and will get back to you within a few hours, if not straight away.

Attempted and Returned Deliveries

In the rare instance you are not in to receive your order the carrier will leave a note to arrange a re-delivery. Typically after 3 attempts the items will be returned to us. Should this happen then we will call you to arrange a new delivery and charges will apply.

Returns & Exchanges

An issue with your order on arrival? Faulty, not quite the right fit or just not as you expected? Just return it to us in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item.

Please note postage/courier charges incurred by customers for returning items are not eligible for a refund.

Goods must be in there original packaging, unused and unwashed. They will be inspected prior to any refund/exchange being issued.

We recommend that you send any returns back via a signed for service as we are not responsible for any loss incurred

In the rare circumstance in which the fault is ours- received the incorrect product or size then we will send out a pre-paid postage label to the cost of original delivery.
